What you’ll be doing: As our Member Engagement Merchandising Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of Merchandising, Loyalty, and Marketing , driving the way we bring Club BCF strategy to life. Bring our loyalty and personalisation strategy to life — shaping offers, rewards and personalised campaigns that inspire members and grow engagement. Collaborate across teams — partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, and Marketing to ensure our member communications and offers showcase the best of BCF’s range. Work with trade partners — co-create unique member rewards and communications that support BCF’s strategy of local relevance and build long-term loyalty. Drive commercial performance — leverage data and insights to optimise our Member Engagement owned channels including EDM’s, SMS and Digital Wallet driving sales, profit and visitation. Lead with impact — mentor team members, share knowledge, and champion new ways of working that support a high-performing, customer-first culture. What you’ll bring Proven experience within merchandising or marketing, bringing creativity and commercial insight to drive campaigns and business growth.
